Manchester Royal Infirmary, like all hospitals across the world, is working nonstop to fight the effects of the Covid-19 outbreak.

The medical staff, porters, cleaners and security are all working flat out to protect those people we love who are in their care.

Whilst they are helping us on the front line, risking their own lives, we can help them by taking that little bit of pressure off them whilst they work.

We are looking for donations towards buying toiletries - shower gels, shampoos, soaps, moisturisers to ensure they can shower and keep clean whilst in the hospital. We need food and water to make sure they are looked after whilst working long shifts. All of this increases the chances of the medical staff staying healthy and being able to do their job of saving lives.

We have loved ones working at the MRI, a lot of you will have loved ones working for the NHS. This is all we can do to help protect them.

TOILETRIES

Hand Sanitiser, Hand Wash, Hand Cream, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Soap, Deodorants, Sponges, Sanataty products, Face Wipes, Wash Bags.

FOOD

Tea, Coffee (instant coffee sachets or jars) Sugar, Long life milk, Bottled Water, Cordial, Biscuits, Crisp, Chocolate, Tinned soups, Cuppa Soups, Pot Noodles, Bread, Crumpets, Jam, Marmalade, Butter, Apples, Oranges, Banana's, Plums.
