Story

Health is wealth, both physical and mental. There is always a positive side, but with the negative effects of the global pandemic on our health, I feel we all need to focus a little more on solutions i.e. add to our resolve, immune systems and life's experiences, by way of nutrition, exercise and just having more fun with each other.

Of the various examples in exercise that I can share, tyre flipping is a great whole of body workout that develops our innate ability to adapt, improvise and overcome real life challenges, such as balance, confidence and determination.

As a British Sumo Wrestler @deep.sumo, I also find this to be a great way of building strength, stamina, skill, speed and spirit, and so have set this challenge upon myself, and invite others to use my range of tyres and beat my time if you can.

(Any donations will contribute towards NHS Charities Together who act as an umbrella for 241 charity members that support the dedication and hardwork of care professionals across the UK to deliver hope and essential medical supplies and services to all those in need everyday https://www.nhscharitiestogether.co.uk/).
