We are Musa and Hashim and love to play cricket. Our cricket club, Cheadle Cricket Club is in desperate need of refurbishment of the nets and playing surfaces. Unfortunately, we have not been able to play as much due to the Covid-19 outbreak and hope that we can get back to playing this summer. Cheadle Cricket Club is a great place for children and adults to socialise and play the sport they love. It is a huge part of our community and we feel lucky to be a part of it.

To raise the funds we will be aiming to cycle 35 km each (70 km total) during the week Monday 22nd February to Sunday 28th February 2021. We appreciate any donations you can give.

Below are some of the fundraising targets we have set:

£1k - lift up matting, repair ridge, even out, compact below surface, re-lay matting and deep clean 2nd lane.

£2k - 2nd lane work and brand new netting

£3k - all of the above, plus additional netting in batting areas and deep clean of lane 1

£5k- all of the above, and extension of Astro turf run ups

We believe that these jobs will significantly improve the nets and allow them to be usable for years to come by all members!
