Musekese Conservation is a conservation organisation focused on securing core areas of the Kafue National Park (KNP, Zambia) from illegal poaching activities through the support and funding of dedicated on-the-ground anti-poaching teams. Within the capacity building remit of Musekese Conservation are projects such as this, the funding and creation of a remote outpost in the Musekese-Lumbeya area of KNP; this forward operations base will house and support the dedicated Wildlife Police Officers from the Department of National Parks and Wildlife allowing them to provide permanent law enforcement presence in areas most susceptible to illegal activities.
