After months of being treated for acid reflux I have now unfortunately been diagnosed with stage 4 Oesophagus Cancer which has now spread to my lymph nodes and liver.

Due to the stage and spreading of my cancer I have been told this is not operable, should be offered palliative chemotherapy but have been told that realistically I need to be aware that I am looking at months left and not years to live.

This has obviously rocked my family to the core especially my beautiful partner of 4 years Kirsty and my 3 amazing young children.

Being only 28 years old like most people my age I thought I was untouchable and had all the time in the world. Things such as life insurance was always somthing I thought I would sort later on when I need it and only now do I wish I had done this before.

I am setting up this page to try and reach out to anyone and everyone who is willing to help in anyway possible at all regardless of the amount. I'm not someone who finds it easy to ask for help but I am only human and like everyone else at times, especially like now I need help.

Any funds raised would be used to create final memories to last forever, to raise funds to cover funeral costs and to try and hopefully raise some money so that when my time is finally up I have something to leave my amazing family who are my absolute world.
