Take P-heArt is a social talk and arts and crafts session, hosted and signposted by My Mental Wellness UK cic (www.mymentalwellness.uk).

This initiative invites you to come and have a chat over coffee or unleash your creativity in our free arts and crafts sessions.

We provide all the materials needed and create a safe space for open conversations.

What’s missing is you!

Every Thursday, we gather at the Throwley Yard Cinema in Sutton to offer support to those suffering from mental health issues or feeling lonely.

This is where we need your help.

To keep these vital sessions running, we require an average of £30 each week to cover venue costs and materials.
