Story

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.

Four years ago, Nabela was diagnosed with Pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis. This extremely rare lung disease caused extensive scarring on her lungs causing breathlessness and eventually causing her to struggle so much for breath that everyday activities became impossible for her. Despite the pain and difficulty she suffered, Nabela endured this with Sabr and persistence (May Allah swt reward her for this-Ameen) She fought bravely and with strength but sadly returned to Allah swt on the 5TH of July 2018 at the young age of 33. She is survived by her devoted husband, parents and four siblings.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

The Messenger of Allah sallallahu ‘alayhi w sallam said “When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqa Jariyah (ceaseless charity), a knowledge which is beneficial or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased). Muslim

We would like to build a well in an impoverished region of Africa; of which Nabela will be the named beneficiary so that this supply of clean drinking water may serve as ceaseless ongoing charity (Sadaqa Jariyah) for her, Insha'Allah.

We pray that Allah swt blesses this project and accepts it from her. May He (swt) keep her under his shade and protection, forgive her transgressions and shower her with his infinite mercy. May He (swt) enlighten and enlarge her grave and make her current abode better than her home and may her good deeds be weighty on the Day of Judgment. Ameen

Please donate generously and remember our beloved sister in your du’as insha’ Allah.
