Story
Assalamu Alaykum brothers and sisters. Is anyone feeling charitable today? I’m raising money for the poor people in Bangladesh. This is going to be specifically to buy food, clothes and gifts for Eid as they cannot afford this themselves and we as an ummah should be celebrating Eid together. I am raising these funds which will then be sent to Bangladesh to my uncle who will purchase clothes and gifts for the local villages. I will appreciate anyone who donates, even if it’s as little as £5, every penny and pound counts and 100% will go towards this. Here are some details that you should know:
Gift such as toys, sweets etc £5 per person
Clothes such as sari, salwar kameez, sarong etc £10 per person
Food such as rice, meat, chicken etc £25 per family
Reference with your name and if you want your money to go towards anything specific
