I am currently a United Nation Online volunteer for CAEPA Cameroon, a charity organization that helps empower the community in Bamenda, Cameroon. They work closely with other organizations to empower women, children as well as focusing on community development.

Although I haven't had the opportunity to go to Bamenda myself, I am inspired by their efforts and stories, particularly about the orphans CAEPA takes care of. At the moment, they are taking care of 50 children between age 2 - 18. As a charity organization, they are doing this for a good cause but from time to time they do require financial support for the children, especially with education. To send a child to school, it is not a cheap affair so imagine trying to send 50 of them. However, they work really hard to ensure that the kids are not left alone to face this world without any education. It saddens me to read articles about the kids who have dreams of becoming a builder, doctor and many other different ambitions but unable to support themselves to receive good education. It is what drove me to start a fundraising platform so people from all around the world can change their future.

We may all be miles away, but to know that somewhere in Cameroon we are able to change a child's future someday makes it all worth it to contribute to this cause. Any amount of donation is very much appreciated and would be really thankful if you can spread this to your friends and family, help changing lives around the world.
