Story

In 2019 Raymond Isaac founded the Nalubaale Children's Hope Ministry. He was an orphan himself and he wanted to provide for other children just like him. He has funded and built the orphanage using the funds he gets from being builder and labourer. Every day he looks after the children and takes them to school and gets funds from a few caring individuals around the world. He has a certificate to run the orphanage and it has been recognised by Kaliro District Local Council and runs to their guidelines and national laws. https://nalubalechildrenshopeministry.org/img/nchm/cert.jpg

However since Covid the number of children in the orphanage as risen from 20 to 36 and they need more funds urgently. Raymond is doing so much of the work himself and has very limited state support in Uganda and so still needs funds to provide food, clothes, mosquito nets, build more rooms and move the mattresses off the floor and into bunkbeds for the children in his care.

Raymond is a unique individual, he is himself a teenager and has done so much for these children. To run the orphanage for a year costs approx. £6,500 or $7,900. I would like to raise £2,000 towards these costs and support Raymond and all the efforts he has made so far to care for the kids in his care.
