Unfortunately our Methodist Church in Cleator Moor needs part of its roof renewed at a cost of £8400.

My background

I am a former Methodist minister (now retired), of this church. This church is also where I worship every Sunday. I myself am also involved in many community events.

I am applying on Just Giving on behalf of all the congregation.

The church's story

Our church is in the center of town and works Ecumenically with other churches, we pride ourselves in being a community church "in the community for the community".

The church is trying all kinds of fundraising to enable us to replace this roof but any donation would be greatly received.
