First a Daughter, then a Twin, a Sister, an Auntie, a Mum, a Wife, a Daughter-in-law, a Mother-in-law, a Nanna, and a great friend to many of you.

Unfortunately, mum was diagnosed with cancer, whilst in hospital being treated for an infection. She was discharged and able to celebrate Harvey’s 16th birthday with the family, before she was re-admitted as her health began to rapidly decline.

It’s with the most heaviest of hearts, letting you all know that our amazing mum passed away so peacefully on Thursday 28th March, with her family around her 💔

Shaney will be greatly missed by us all, but we will make sure that her memory lasts forever. So we are now asking you to help us create a unique space where we can do this.

“Nanna’s Princess Patch”.

In the short amount of time which Mum had the joy of being a Nanna, she was totally besotted with her ‘little princesses’, Gracie & Eydie. The family want to create a beautiful space where Nanna’s flowers can grow with the girls and where we can all enjoy our treasured memories of Mum.

We hope to raise funds to create ‘Nanna’s Princess Patch’ in a local area where everyone can visit. We hope to have a beautiful flowered area, where we can plant and grown many of Mum’s favourite flowers, have a memorial plaque and benches which we can all use to enjoy the space and spend many of moments reminiscing in the good old days.

The family appreciates all the kind messages which we have already received and want to thank you all for the support. We look forward to spending time with you at ‘Nanna’s Princess Patch’.
