It is with a heavy heart & deep sadness that I’d like to let all of Andy Bramley’s friends know that after being ill for sometime he passed away yesterday afternoon (14th December) in hospital.... the kids are full of love and pride for their dad and I think all of his friends will say we are all very glad to have known him, worked with him, spent time with him, played music with him, laughed with him, travelled with him, danced with him and probably drunk with him! and we know, when he was good he was Very Very good but when he was Bad he was Bad ! :) ... larger than life charismatic Andy Bramley -brilliant music director, cameraman, songwriter, singer, guitarist, father, son, brother, partner and friend....He will be missed by so so many people .... he lived one hell of a life and travelled a hell of a lot of the world.....he is at peace....xxxxxxxxx

Andy Bramley was never able to really get free from the clutches of alcoholism and this meant when the disease took over and he got ill he couldn't work. Andy was not really one to ask for help - he was a giver by nature....however, Andy didn't have savings or Life insurance so I would like to ask some of his industry friends for some help towards his funeral. If we manage to get anywhere near the amount I'm asking for that would be amazing, if we managed to exceed it I would of course ensure anything left over went to his children - Noah and Luca. This is a very tough time for them and Luca is still only 16. When I have funeral information I will pass it on.
