£30raised of £200 target by 2 supporters

Weʼve raised £30 to travel to Uganda in July 2017 to aid a school for the deaf/disabled with teaching, repairs and building.

Funded on Thursday, 24th November 2016

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

In Uganda, Africa deaf and disabled children are often ostracised and not given education due to their impairments. Child Africa have built a school over the years in partnership with my school Littleover Community School, to educate these children who would otherwise not be given the respect and education they deserve. This year we are going to repair, build more facilities for them (I.e a playground) and teach the children lessons. I would be so grateful if you could give a donation, however small to help this worthy cause.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

It's a very worthwhile cause - and you will learn a lot, Naomi. Best of luck with the fund raising.
