Story

Afghanistan is a country in which more than 60% of its population is living below the poverty line and now having to deal with an extra challenge. Coronavirus has resulted in the lockdown of the cities as a precautionary action taken by the government. This lockdown has affected people whose incomes are on daily basis from working and selling items on the streets, almost 60 – 75% of the population. Most of the families in Afghanistan have only one person who works and provides food for the family and that is now being ceased by the coronavirus pandemic lockdown. Hence, why it’s our conscience responsibility to give a hand to those families who are suffering from this lockdown situation and are left foodless during this crucial time. The least that can be done for such families is to provide them the basic necessary groceries (A bag of flour/rice/oil) currently worth around $ 28 to help them survive and run a family for a good one month. Moreover, Ramazan is in a few days and it will make life more difficult for a Muslim family who will fast from morning to evening yet have nothing to iftar with. This is a call upon all of you to be the cause for a good deed and help us give a hand to those in need. You will be updated regularly on the progress and the distribution of these items to maintain transparency. Donate now to save lives … “Indeed, who saves a life, saves the entire mankind and humanity”
