I am Nashmia sabeer , aged 26 being diagnosed with NEPHROTIC SYNDROME - FSGS since birth and was on high does of steroids which made me diagnosed with type 2 diabetic at the age of 2 and I'm an insulin dependent. With frequent relapses my kidney stopped functioning on 2014 and underwent a kidney transplant which failed again on March 2018, I am still awaiting dialysis, and a new kidney transplant which cost 700,000 LKR (DONOR FEE).
