Story
Three weeks ago Layla Mae went into hospital with a temperature and a bacterial infection, after numerous of tests Layla was diagnosed with a very rare condition called HLH, sadly she lost her battle but fought right until the very end. Lets give her the best send off she deserves our beautiful, beautiful princess 💗
