As a country Sri Lanka faces many issues that affects both its people and its wildlife. The charity Travelteer work tirelessly to try and help with some of these issues through multiple schemes including an English teaching program, sports program and conservation projects all of which bring much needed aid to the areas of Hikkaduwa, Kottawa, Galle and Trincomalee as well as many other places around the country. Not only do their projects benefit the people of Sri Lanka but they are also amazing experience opportunities for all the people who volunteer with them. In July 2017 I will be joining their wilflife and marine conservation program as a volunteer and so I need to raise money both for the charity and to fund my trip to help them. Every little helps so please give as much as you can, it is very much appreciated.
