Spark Community Space is a local charity in Southsea, Portsmouth which was launched in October 2020 and which aims to provide a supportive community space for anyone who feels overlooked by society for a wide range of reasons.

Their aim is to provide a welcoming space, free of judgment, where people can share tea and cake, gain skills or purpose through volunteering or access training to improve confidence or sense of belonging.

Each year Biscoes Solicitors chooses a charity to support with their fundraising events and this year we have chosen to support Spark Community Space by fundraising a hiking challenge we are participating in with Lawnet to the Lake District which is a 10 mile hike with around 3,000ft ascent!
