I've raised £1000 to Support Super Sol. My Challenge- Running 5km everyday for the whole month of September

Challenge accepted - I am running 5km everyday for the whole of September 2024 for my best friends little boy/ my little mate, Super Sol.
Super Sol is 1 in 8 billion! We know, he is rare, but this dear little lad is 1 in 8 billion with an extremely rare form of sarcoma cancer, called Primitive Myxoid Mesenchymal Tumour of infancy. He is one of the first in the world to have this type of cancer in the location of his eye.
In the last 6 months, he has been poked and prodded and infused with some very potent chemicals, something a newborn should never have to endure. He has had MRIs every 3 weeks, 6 surgeries, 4 rounds of chemo, blood infusions, CT SCANs and heart scan, up and down the country. All of this has come with a huge impact as he has now sadly lost his eye, which means treatment and monitoring is needed for the rest of his life.
Not only has this been a hugely emotional ride for his family, it comes with a massive financial impact, costing more than £1000 per month for his care, travel, and treatment. That is without any adjustments at home, and adaptative equipment he is going to need.
He still has a long way to go, so here I am trying to raise a few pennies for Super Sol, to help towards treatment, travel, supplies and fun whilst he is going through a tough challenge. He will need adaptive living to support his growth and a few pennies towards this would be outstanding.
He is a fighter yet his fight isn’t over yet and the support will follow him as he grows older.
Whilst cancer in general touches a lot of people’s lives. I feel that every person deserves the chance to tell Cancer to DO ONE. By doing this challenge myself and raising as much money as I can is my way of supporting Super Sol and telling cancer to DO ONE.
I know with the current cost of living crisis finances are tight, if you can donate 1p or more, this is your chance to help towards supporting Super Sol in his fight.
I understand that you may not be able to contribute financially but your support by cheering me on or joining me on a run is just as important. Also your support and wishes to the family are greatly received!
LETS DO THIS!
