Story
Many wealthy Fathers can find various escape avenues to avoid paying child maintenance, even when that child was conceived in a once loving relationship. Not many child maintenance cases end up being fairly and legally resolved in court due to affordability, and lack of awareness. There are various options available to help receive support for the carer parent, however an inappropriate route can be chosen and consequently the child may receive less than they should.
There is very little free detailed, helpful and partial information available to single parents who would otherwise be able to make a legal claim against a Father with means to support, apart from paying a very expense lawyer (may be felt acutely at a time of need).
I am raising funds to start a court case to resolve fair support - not only will this help my child but in turn others by setting precedence and raising awareness of the positive role mediation and courts can play. I intend to use this experience for the greater good to make public detailed awareness information and produce a film of how to go about this effectively and practically, save costs and time, to allow parents and child/children can move on and enjoy a fulfilling life.
I will make available detailed and helpful information on Court Schedule One cases, Mediation and CMS (all of which I have/am experiencing). This will provide an extremely valuable support reference for any single parent, to allow efficient means to receive helpful support rapidly to the child.
