I've raised £60000 to fund towards alternative treatment: Proton Beam therapy & medicine to cure the tumour left in Natasha's brain, post surgery in March 2018.

My niece Natasha was diagnosed two years ago with a brain tumour and has been adapting to life with this. Natasha has recently undergone brain surgery (Craniotomy) back in March 2018 to remove the tumour, which was only 80% successful. My family and Natasha are all so very worried at how this will impact the rest of her life as she has been told this illness is incurable and at some point her life will be shortened by this. Tash is a true inspiration, this illness has become her strength - she has been so strong throughout her journey. My family and I are desperately trying to raise a staggering £60,000 so she start alternative treatment - Proton Beam Therapy (which has been denied NHS funding in her case) This treatment has a higher success rate and therefore Tash believes this is her only option, which will help improve her quality of life, and in the hope of eradicating the tumour. Tash has been accepted for Proton Beam therapy in Prague which needs to start in the New Year (2019) as she has been told her condition will deteriorate in the next 6 months.
TASHA'S FIGHT - this is her story: Since surgery, Tash has had to deal with even more upset, she was told the tumour had growth back 'rapidly', and was referred to see an oncologist at The Royal Marsden; who then advised she should start chemo and radio therapies immediately. Devasted but willing to fight this tumour - she decided to follow her instincts and seek out a UK based alternative practitioner - Health Restore were highly recommended and Tash made contact with them. Since July 2018, Tash has been on an intense health restore detox pragramme, which will be followed by 3-4 months aftercare.
Tash is now working with Chris Woollams (www.canceractive.com) at the beginning of November still working with alternative therapies. Understanding Natasha's desire to work with alternative therapy he has recommended Proton Beam Therapy (www.ukprotontherapy.co.uk) which is a safer alternative to conventional radio therapy.
As a result of this ongoing development the target we need to reach has significantly increased to £60,000 where my niece will be sent to Prague to undergo this treatment.
Please help spread awareness for my niece - share her story #TASHASFIGHT. Thank you so much. We have also started up a petition in the hope Proton Beam Therapy will be offered to all cancer patients and not just a few minority cases. Please sign and share, giving all patients a choice for their cancer treatment:
