As most of you know Nathan was diagnosed with HSP 3yrs ago and like many others out there with a rare condition we still don't know the specific type as they don't get much help for research, so Nathan is going to walk across Brooklyn Bridge to raise money for HSP and other rare diseases that don't get the help needed for research, this kind of help is so important to helping people find out more about their condition so they can manage their day to day life better and get the support they need.
It may take him most of the day but he will get there!
