Having previously worked within the youth and community sector I have first hand experience of how difficult it can be for young people in today's society. KPC is a charitable organisation, which provides a safe and nurturing environment for children, young people and those who impact on their lives. KPC does this by the provision of training, recreation, advice, and support to give them better opportunities to help improve their well being.

It's no secret that I had my health issues towards the end of 2017 and the challenge of the Cardiff Half Marathon not only represents me overcoming those but, along with the monies raised by 14 others, it will also provide vital funds to allow this amazing project to continue to offer services to young people.

Be it a penny, a pound or a tenner, all donations are gratefully received.
