Dear friends,

I have signed up to run the Vitality run this May in honour of my dad, who unexpectedly passed away earlier this month. My dad was an ENT Consultant, and every week he held a free clinic to treat people who were not able to pay for medical treatment and medication.

My dad had the biggest heart and was an incredible man who truly cared for people, especially those less fortunate. Now that he has gone, there is no clinic for these people, and there is no one who will pay for medication they might need and are unable to afford. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to try and raise money so that these people will still have access to medical care and medications.

I would be really grateful if you were able to donate to this fundraiser to honour his memory, and his wishes to help treat those less fortunate who are not able to access or afford medical care.
