Nava Needs Help
Nava Indradhanush English School is a boarding school for underprivileged children.

The school was destroyed in the 2015 earthquake, and they are struggling to fund a replacement school. I’d love to make their lives more comfortable, whilst rebuilding their new school and home.
After the earthquake many children have been forced to live on the school grounds, becoming orphans. Nava is home to 21 children who have no family, and no where else to go. This is their home. This is their life.
The school itself was almost completely destroyed in the earthquake. The classrooms now look like this and have looked like this for years. There is no adequate roof, so the children are forced to sweat in 30+ degrees in the summer during class.

Robin is doing the absolute best he can to help these children: even though he faces many challenges of his own he has dedicated his life to giving these children a better life. But there is only so much him and his family can do alone.

The children still all drink and share from the same plastic bottle that has been sat in the sun for weeks on end.

The children shower once a week, here:

Nava is 1/2 way there for funds needed to build a new school and home for 100+ children. They are in desperate need of funding, before the monsoon season hits.

The school project has already begun, with the ground floor being almost complete. This is the breakdown of the intial cost, they were able to fund some things but they are still in desperste need for more.

As you can see there is still so much to be done.
If we go over the target goal, I’d love to donate the money towards making the children’s lives more comfortable here. This is where they eat all their meals (on the floor) and their leisure time on Saturdays involve watching movies in the afternoon on this TV. 21 kids watching TV on this tiny screen.

I‘d love to be able to buy paint so they can paint the walls. Also a projector so the children can watch movies on the wall, rather than squinting.

They sit on the red hard floor (pictured) to eat, I’d love to buy the children cushions so they can eat comfortably, whilst they are waiting for their new home.
They eat the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And sometimes if they are lucky maybe once a month they can afford chicken. But this is rare, and only if volunteers are there helping. When there are no volunteers, the kids and Robin only have 1 meal a day and have to go hungry the rest.

These children have so much love to give. Please, any help you can, it will change their lives. For some of the children, this home is all they know. They deserve better living conditions, they deserve a home.
