NBHS is organising a 12 hour music marathon in aid of the Jess Mackie Memorial Fund. We will perform non-stop throughout the day from 9am until 9pm, concluding in a community sing along from 8 - 9pm. Members of the public are welcome to walk in and enjoy the performances. Admission is free, donations would be gratefully received. A cafe will be supplied and managed by NBHS students serving tea/coffee, cakes and light lunches.

Jess was a treasured member of NBHS, particularly the Music Department. A talented singer and musician, Jess was highly dedicated, enthusiastic, and would have been at the heart of an event such as this!

All funds raised will be donated towards the Jess Mackie Memorial Fund. This fund provides children at the the Edinburgh Royal Hospital for Sick Kids with support and comfort through music therapy with the community music group, Tinderbox Collective.
