Story

Every day, our team of trained volunteers at NCI Llandudno gives their time to watch over the waters and beaches of West Shore – keeping people safe, preventing tragedies, and supporting emergency services when it matters most.

As proud members of the National Coastwatch Institution, we work side by side with the Coastguard and RNLI, providing vital surveillance and assisting in search and rescue operations. Whether it’s guiding a lost vessel, monitoring dangerous tides, or keeping an eye out for swimmers in trouble, our mission is simple: protect life along our coast.

But we can’t do it without your help.

Our station is entirely funded by donations. We don’t receive government support. Every single penny you give goes straight to the running costs of our station – from essential equipment to training and maintenance.

💙 Your support truly saves lives.

By donating today, you’ll be helping us stay vigilant, stay ready, and stay open. Together, we can make sure West Shore remains a safe and welcoming place for locals and visitors alike.

Thank you for backing your local watchkeepers – we’re here because of you.
