Story
Cancer doesn't discriminate. Today, 11 more children and young people will hear the devasting news that they have cancer.
Our NCS team are trying to solve the lack of funding for families with terminally ill children by fundraising for Clic Sargent and Bedford's hospital children's ward. We will be partaking in a 10K sponsored run/walk in our pyjamas around Bedford park. With a target of £700 we aim to provide:
•Ella Chemotherapy Barbie dolls
•Chemo Duck Teddies
•a 10 night stay for one family near the hospital in which their child is receiving treatment
And we also aim to buy and donate toys for the children's ward at the hospital.
