Receiving an adult diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD can be both validating and emotional, but often leave you wondering, ‘What now?’ Our post-diagnostic support workshops are designed to help you make sense of your diagnosis, translating medical terms into something meaningful and relevant to your life. It’s also a great way to connect with others going through a similar experience.

We’re committed to making our workshops as accessible as possible, so this money will be used to offer our 'pay what you can' places for those with financial constraints.
