I've raised £3600 to Help fund a project to drill a borehole in Maraphosa Primary School, in Maraphosa Village, Nyamandlovu, Zimbabwe.

We would like to raise money for a borehole for Maraphosa Primary School in Zimbabwe. We have been working with the school for over 4 years via our charity Inspire Women, Men and Children.
Our projects includes: Bowl of porridge daily, Keep a Child in School, Skills training and nutritional gardening.
Maraphosa Primary School does not have a reliable water supply. All their water comes from a community borehole about 5 km from the school. It would make such a difference to the children and the wider community to have a borehole for water in the school compound.
School children not only have to walk long distances to reach the borehole but queues occur from as early as 4am daily. Access to clean water isn't just a matter of thirst and hunger, sanitation and hygiene but a matter of opportunity for livelihoods through agriculture, an opportunity for more sustainable nutrition through growing crops and an opportunity for better education through more time for studies currently wasted queuing water for not just the school children but the community.
So let’s drill a borehole! Along with the people living in Maraphosa, we have identified a space for the borehole, gained local council approval, got quotes for installation and formed a committee to cover maintenance.
I am committed to making this a reality, and just need your help to raise the funds! All £3600 will go DIRECTLY to paying for the borehole.
If you can help in any way it would be great.
