I've raised £500 to Provide disaster relief for earthquake-affected families in Iran and Iraq

As you probably know, an earthquake struck near the border of Iran and Iraq Sunday night. The shockwaves ripped through Iraq and many cities in Iran, as well as Turkey and Kuwait. The earthquake hit seven big cities and 1950 villages, and at time of writing has killed 530 people and injured 7460, making the quake the deadliest in the world this year.
Many buildings in the town have collapsed and survivors forced to spend nights on the streets in cold weather. The town’s main hospital has also been severely damaged, forcing the hundreds of wounded people to be treated in the streets. Rescue efforts are underway. However, many remain without food or water.
After reading reports on the earthquake, I felt I cannot ignore the thousands of people struggling at the other side of the world in my home country and our neighbours.
I want to ask for your help to donate anything you can to help those affected by the disaster. All donations will be sent to ‘Relief International ’ who are providing disaster relief in the form of health care, food, water, and shelter to those in Iran and Iraq affected.
Any donation you can provide will go a long way.
