I am attempting to complete the notorious Bob Graham Round, to raise funds. Half of all funds raised will go to Mind Over Mountains, and the other half will be used to launch a Participation Fund for Duke of Edinburgh's Award participants at South Bromsgrove High School.

Mind Over Mountains supports people who are struggling with their mental health by providing professional coaching and mentoring whilst walking in mountains, hills and wild spaces. Find out more at https://mindovermountains.org.uk

South Bromsgrove High School is one of the largest school-based providers of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme in the UK. Some young people and families from our local community experience huge challenges in finding the money needed to participate, whether this is paying for the expeditions, or buying the personal equipment needed to enjoy their expeditions. We are setting up a Participation Fund to provide discretionary support for families who need it, so that any financial barrier to participation can be lifted.
