Welcome to my fundraiser. The Cardiac Rehabilitation team are a small but effective team, who without doubt, got me through a dark part of my life following a Heart Attack. With their support and specialist care, I am now in a better place and living life. Enough now for me to complete the Woodhall Spa 10k Road race on 2nd June 2019. I will also running the race in memory of a local lady “Paula” who sadly lost her battle with a heart condition recently.
