I've raised £2000 to support the Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends (PASYKAF), a voluntary Cyprus-based NGO, in memory of my dad

In January 2023, my dad Stephanos was diagnosed with grade 4 brain tumour, known as Glioblastoma (GBM). GBMs are the most common type of cancerous (malignant) brain tumour in adults. About 3 in 100,000 people develop the disease per year.
Despite heavily researched, it is still one of the least understood types of tumour, with poor diagnosis and prognosis statics.
14 months after his diagnosis, on the 21st of April 2024, I will be running my first ever marathon, the London Marathon, in memory of my dad and in aid of the Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends (PASYKAF).
PASYKAF supported my dad and our family, along with so many other patients and their families in Cyprus, in a multi-dimensional, patient-centered approach.
All money raised will support the Services and Programs provided by PASYKAF free of charge, to people with cancer experience and their families throughout Cyprus.
I would appreciate your donations in supporting a truly impactful charity that's close to my heart. Even the smallest donation counts!
