Nellie is our beautiful Jack Russell, 18 months old and has had a really tough start in life. Born into a puppy farm and severely abused by her owners, we rescued Nellie when she was just 12months old.

Now that Nellie is in a home where she is loved and cared for she is such a happy dog and absolutely loves being around people! She is happy just being happy!

Nellie was thriving with us until she went for a routine check up at the vets a week ago. The vet gave us the heartbreaking news that Nellie has several tumours inside her ears, which if left untreated will spread to her brain, causing her excruciating pain.

The treatment to remove the tumours will cost £4,000 and sadly due to coming from a puppy farm, our Insurance Company will not accept our claim. We are doing our best to raise money and hope that people will find it in their hearts to help us help Nellie. This poor baby has had such a sad start to her life and we really feel that she deserves all the help we can give to live a long and fulfilled life.
