On Thursday the 25th of September, I'll be taking on an incredible challenge - a Wing Walk - to raise money to help purchase a life-saving Defirillator for Forever Health Studios.

Forever Health Studios has been a huge part of my journey over the past three years, helping me achieve goals I never thought possible - both physically and mentally. Now i'd like to give something back.

Having a defibrillator at the studio could save lives in an emergency, and I am determined to make it happen.

This cause is close to my heart, and I would be very grateful for your support. Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to this piece of essential equipment.
