Why are we raising money?

Our fabulous Head Coach Adam McIntyre joined us in May 2023 and since then we have seen an explosion in progress and success on the competitive scene. We recently hosted our first registered meet at our home based at Active for Today Newark site. This brought to light that we are lacking equipment of a high enough quality to keep up with our progress. The club are in need of new starting blocks and back stroke wedges which comes to a total close to £14,000.

Community impact

We know that by adding this quality equipment to our inventory we can provide a higher standard of training that will equip our swimmers to compete on county, regional or even a national level. That is already our trajectory as a club and we want to give our swimmers to best support in every area of their training.
