I've raised £800 to Provide ID for the clients of Newbury Soup Kitchen

Something as simple as a government issued photo identification card can be the number one barrier to someone getting access to services — including access to accommodation, government benefits, dental and medical care, job search, and even interaction with the police. Without access to services, escaping homelessness becomes even more of an uphill battle.
I am going to start volunteering at the Newbury Soup kitchen to help the clients there apply for new or replacement ID in support of the rest of the fabulous work the Soup Kitchen is doing to help the clients rebuild their lives and escape homelessness.
I am fundraising to cover the cost of the applications, stamps, photographs etc
