    Story

It is reported that in the 1970s & 80s the government bought blood from HIV & hepatitis C infected prisoners from the USA and used it for blood transfusions through the NHS for unsuspecting patients.

Over 5,000 people are thought to have been infected with this poisonous blood, and as a result have suffered over 20 years of chronic pain, fatigue, sickness. Over 2,400 of these victims have died from the illnesses they were infected with.

Medical records for the victims have mysteriously gone missing and are no longer on file and until now the government have refused to acknowledge the problem, leaving victims suffering for over 15 years with no help.

Victims have claimed that their medical files were deliberately altered, and those with sorosis of the liver and other diseases were told they were not eligible for liver & other organ transplants due to self inflicted illness by cause of moderate alcohol drinking and have died as result.

It is thought that Theresa May and other MP’s have tried to cover this and brush the case under the carpet until 2017 when Andy Burham, ex MP told the press he had proof of the government knowingly buying the contaminated blood.

Allegedly victims have been awarded £1,000 a month for the error, although over half of the victims have died and the other half have had years of crippling treatment, lost their jobs and suffer daily in pain & with severe fatigue unable to do the simplest of tasks; such as climb the stairs or cook theirselves a meal.

There is now an ‘independent’ case being raised to the house of commons by law firm ‘Leigh Day’, but with minimal awareness to the public about the allegations it lacks the public support.

This page offers & supports justice for the thousands of victims alive and dead, share this page & support or donate now to the victims of this terrible tragedy.
