We are determined to help as many front line NHS workers as possible given the support they are providing in relation to the Covid-19 crisis. With so many front line NHS workers under relentless pressure to save lives, we want to help them to ‘switch off’ and achieve the best recharge possible given the demands of their roles.

In March we purchased the best items we could to create 'Sleep Packs' containing a High end sleep mask with low re-bound memory foam inside, mouldable silicone ear plugs, herbal sleeping tablets, Cherry Active (with high concentrations of Melatonin to regulate a great nights sleep) and high quality hand cream given the extent these NHS heroes are washing their hands.

We donated sleep packs to 24 paramedics at Ringwood Ambulance station in Hampshire. We are now finalising packs for 40 team members at Royal Bournemouth hospital and are keen to do much more. The approximate cost of each sleep pack is about £30 but we are continually working with suppliers to secure the best options possible. With your help we can greatly expand these efforts and cover as many NHS team members as possible as they protect us from this virus and the impact has had on so many lives.
