I've raised £10000 to provide therapy sessions for NHS heroes, key workers and carers

Hi there,
Everyone has mental health, yes - even you! We all go through ups and downs, that's life. Covid-19 is impacting everyone's mental health, NHS frontline staff, key workers and carers are not exempt.
Stressful days, along with constant worry about patients, concerns over their own health and living in isolation are causing NHS frontline staff and key workers mental health problems. We've all seen the reports of a young NHS worker who sadly took her own life. She's not alone. This is real. Carers are the support structure for many and often get overlooked.
We (Let the InsideOut) want to provide free online video therapy sessions for our heroes who are frantically working day and night whilst putting their own lives at risk caring for us all. They need looking after too!
I am Laura, a mental health advocate (yes, I've had my own battles with poor mental health so understand what they are going through - that's what I founded Let the InsideOut!) and along with a team of others, we are setting out to raise £250,000 to provide 6 free video therapy sessions per person for NHS frontline staff, key workers and carers.
This is a not for profit campaign to deliver free online video sessions for our working heroes. We have an abundance of accredited mental health practitioners on hand to provide sessions. We are already delivering sessions to key workers and need your help so we can scale-up our support.
Rest assured no-one is making any money out of this. We have removed our fees. All money raised will go to pay the therapists who provide the sessions. Any profits will go back into the NHS, so please give generously to help keep the #NHSmentallyfit.
If you are a qualified mental health practitioner and would like to offer your services please register here.
Thanks a million in advance for your support. Please give generously and let'e keep our NHS frontline staff and key workers mentally well.
Sending happy, positive vibes your way,
Laura
