For 15 years I have suffered with Anxiety and Panic Attacks. Recently I have been suffering every day and have been off work for 8 weeks. When I was really bad I rang the Samaritans for help. I just needed someone to talk to. At this point I realised there was no specific help for sufferers of Panic Attacks just a general mental health one. Don't get me wrong they were great but I needed someone to talk to who either understood or was trained in this field. So this is my idea I would like to raise money to make this happen and also raise awareness. This is a debilitating illness and although you cant see anything physical wrong with me doesn't me underneath it all im crumbling inside. I want to raise awareness in the work place and also help partners, Friends and family understand what the sufferers are going through. Im on medication now and on a 4 month waiting list for counselling. Im better than I was but no way near to being fully recovered. So while I wait I decided to help others as much as possible and to keep my mind occupied. So I ask that you help me to help others. Please.
