I've raised £2000 to All money raised will be used to raise awareness and support local charities that help those struggling with their Mental Health.

6 years ago we lost a very special person. James Bailey was the kind of person that would light up a room as soon as he entered and although he is not here anymore, he will always be in our hearts and minds.
To spread awareness and to raise money for mental health, myself and Kurt Dingle are going to challenge ourselves to a 24hr challenge where we will be AGAIN taken to some dark places mentally and physically.
On average, 18 people per day take their own lives in the UK which is truly impossible to comprehend. Given those numbers, we are going to run 1.8km and complete 18 chest to floor burpees, and 18 over the shoulder slam ball throws every hour on the hour for 24hours on 21st Jan @ 12am.
This will be the equivalent of a marathon and a total of 432 burpees and 432 SB throws, which is a hell of a lot! We just about managed to make it through the last one considering Kurt fractured his foot in the process, and I was experiencing unbelievable pain and stomach cramps, so we've decided to make it that little bit harder! :)
Just wanted to touch on how all the support from absolutely everyone, whether it be a message, phone call, or turning up to give physical support and do the exercises with me was something I can't even put into words to explain how that made me feel.
So again, any donation, no matter how small will go such a long way and will help us pull through our most challenging and darkest moments both physically and mentally.
Thank you xox
