    Story

Still the Hunger is a Reading based mental health recovery programme offering a compassion focused therapy approach for people struggling with a range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders and self harm, body dysmorphic disorder, right through to complex trauma and dissociative identity disorder.

Due to cuts in health care funding, the charity is at a critical phase and needs urgent funding to keep it in operation. The money raised will pay for staff costs, rent and other operating costs for the next three months to see it through the critical summer period.
