I've raised £1000 to support Martin and his family

Martin Kalule trained in Biodynamic agriculture at Emerson college in 2010. He was funded by a grant from the college which enabled him to afford to travel from his home country Uganda. After completing the course, Martin returned home to teach local farmers Biodynamic and Organic farming practice.
Since the 17th of March of this year, Martin has been no longer able to work due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Uganda instantly went into lockdown and has remained in it ever since. The government has offered no sign of an end date.
Martin has a wife and two children. One of which is a baby boy called Arian who was born under lockdown. Martin has now exhausted his savings and not been able to pay his landlord for the last six months. His extended family are unable to offer him financial support due to the fact they are all in the same position to him.
If lockdown is not lifted soon Martin will not be able not feed his family.
