Story
Michelle Wheatley sho is one of our charity patrons, is Locked in as a result of her stroke over 7 years ago, we believe in HOPE, we believe there is a chance that with the right therapy we can get her out of this locked in state, we care because we have been there. We are aware that LIS patients can get themselves out of their state with the right therapy, determination and specialist help it CAN happen! - What if it was a relative of yours, would you just give up? I know that us at Strokeinformation would never give up we would continue to fight to help any survivor and we are not limited to the UK, Michelle happens to be from the same borough. Michelle's Son & Daughter are not yet in their teens, imagine if we could give them all their christmases and birthdays in one go?? Something to be proud of? 8 years agoGood morning, I received a warning this morning that this page was about to close, close I thought? We have only managed to raise £85 so we need to share Michelle's story with more people, more people like Pete Coughlan, Kate Allatt you see believe it or not both from Stockport too and they won their battle with LIS after a Stroke so lets make it happen for Michelle please. I have now extended the page until after Christmas - lets make it a Christmas Michelle & her family will never ever forget. Thank you

8 years agoWell in the first 24 hours we are at £65, I guess the people BELIEVE in what we are trying to do, so I am going to post on Facebook, twitter, linkedin and other social platforms because I think not only can the people of Stockport help but also my contacts too, imagine delivering the best present anyone of us could wish for HOPE.
