Westfield School Bubble Appeal

Westfield School is a maintained Special School for over 60 pupils with severe or complex learning difficulties within the age range 2 – 19 years situated in Leominster, North Herefordshire. The school was originally built for 30 pupils, and whilst we have had some investment to provide additional classrooms, this hasn't included a hydrotherapy pool. We currently access the pool of the other special school in Hereford which leads to significant time out of school, the use of a minibus, and restricts access to four pupils a week.

We are therefore fundraising for our own hydrotherapy pool, which will enable many more of our pupils to access vital therapies throughout the week. We also intend to enable other community groups to access this facility, such as patients recovering from surgery, baby groups and adults with disabilities, etc.
The total amount required far exceeds the £10,000 we are seeking through this page, which is only one source of funding being pursued.
