I'm raising £750 for Memory Club, This is a club to help people later on in life, diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other dementia, to get out and remain social.

Memory club promotes independence with fun games, stories, songs and reminding people they are still able.

We are doing a 12k memory walk around willen lake on Thursday 15th May 10am
