X worst news possible my lucky she has a grade 5 heart condition that needs an operation ASAP after taking lucky for her routine vet appointments, she was told by the vet that she had a heart murmour but after closer inspection was told she seen a professional in cardiology now to get an op in Edinburgh. After already paying out Over a good amount already the vets got intouch with the insurance as the puppy has alway been insured since I got had some peace of mind that everything would be covered money wise.... but they was told as this was found within the dates a 14 day cooling off period they was no way they will pay. so have been left with no option than to try find the £5000/5500 or it will certain the out come she not long very long in her life
